Would I benefit from Pilates?

Pilates is still popular with dancers, gymnasts and athletes to improve performance, but it is equally suitable for most men and women, from any age - even children. It is particularly suitable for the middle-aged and elderly or the desk-bound and inactive. Pilates can be used by those needing pre- and post-operation strengthening or for pregnant and post-natal clients. It is also perfect for those referred by their doctor, physiotherapist, osteopath, chiropractor or other practitioner. Pilates is a health regime for anyone.
