Based in Stratford-upon-Avon, South Warwickshire we are easily accessible from major routes, being close to Junction 15 of the M40. Our clients travel from as far afield as Gloucestershire, Worcestershire and the West Midlands.

We have use of the stunning, newly custom-built Croft House Studio for all our weekly MATWORK CLASSES. This is a private venue inclusive treatment room, 2 private studios and swimming pool on the Banbury Road (A422), two miles from Stratford town centre. When at the town limits, at the small island with the unusual structure, keep straight on the Banbury Road, past the commercial centre on your right and past the turn to Alveston on your left. Croft House and Pool is the building with the cedar roof on the left hand side of the road. The turning into the gravel car park is signposted, just past this main building.

We have a custom built studio in Limes Avenue, Stratford-on-Avon for all our Pilates PRIVATE MAT and STUDIO EQUIPMENT SESSIONS. This is a stunning studio room with superb top of the range peak pilates equipment including a reformer, cadillac, barrels and chairs. We also have a total gym gravity reformer for rehabilition. There is ample off road parking. Sessions are by appointment only.
