Stratford Pilates Centre® Prices

Pilates Beginner Matwork Classes at Movers and Shapers, 10 Union Street are on Mondays from 10.30a.m - 11.30a.m. These classes are also suitable for those with specific issues, i.e osteoporosis, recovering from injury or operations or those advised to take up remedial exercise.

Improver through to Advanced Matwork Classes are run at Movers and Shapers, 10 Union Street as courses over a five to eight week period during school term time. 

All classes are taught by Master Pilates Teacher Lauren Bannister.

Private Matwork Tuition at Movers and Shapers or Limes Avenue, is payable in advance and refunds are given only with 24 hours notice of a cancellation. £40.00

Introductory Workshops are usually during school holiday periods and are payable two weeks in advance of the selected date. No refunds are given once the booking has been made. £30.00 per person

Pilates Feeder Classes £15.00

Stratford Pilates Centre reserves the right to cancel any advertised courses.

The Limes Avenue Equipment Studio sessions are payable in advance.
Cancellations require 24 hours notice or full payment will be charged. 
Payments for Studio sessions are valid for 6 months and are non-transferable.
